I have extensive experience building dashboards for customer and client use. Dashboards are great for self-service use for both internal and external customers. It is the simplest way to answer questions without taxing your analytics teams with ad-hoc requests. The dashboard in the images was something that we built in 2013 with mobile interactive capabilities to dig deeper into graphs and metrics.
